You can purchase your site online or by check. You may arrange a visit to select a site or have our staff select one for you. We offer tours year round. Bring a family member or friend if you like!

Do not put your deed in a security box – these are often overlooked until after the burial.

Consider keeping the deed and a clear, simple note about your wishes with other important items like your birth certificate, other deeds, or living will.

Find a funeral director who respects your wishes:

Talk with several and see how they respond.

Contact a local or regional funeral consumers alliance for funeral directors in your area. Start at www.funerals.org.

Explain your plans to family and friends:

Take a picture of your deed and send it to the family member(s) or friend(s) most likely to handle your burial arrangements. Explain your burial wishes. Feel free to give them a brochure or invite them to take a tour at Greensprings to learn more.

Greensprings Natural Cemetery Association manages the cemetery preserve on revenue from site sales, burial fees, and donations. There are often unexpected costs that emerge throughout the year, and they can create large dips in our budget. Donations are not always consistent or large enough to ensure that Greensprings can grow and thrive. With your help of Sustaining members like you, we can ensure all of our expenses are helped covered.
